Also, the inspectors we recommend will go in the attic and search other parts of the home that most inspectors neglect. What if my new home has termites?
Don't freak out! In AZ, it is common to see termites. They are subterranean termites and they are more prolific than rabbits! The inspector will typically notice mud tubes on the walls or on the outside foundation. See photo below.

Again. Don't freak out! These types of termites are easily treated with a whole house treatment and the seller will most likely agree to pay for it as he can't sell you a home with active termites! As long as there is no damage to the structure, we get it treated and
WA-LA.....the process continues.  Oh yes! It will be in your best interest to notify your new neighbors that your new home was treated because the little critters will travel to them and back to you again! Yikes!
